Youth Health Workers dedicated to keeping the right to a skilled Maternal, Newborn and Child Health Worker Real in Nigeria!!!

Nigerian Youth Maternal, Newborn and Child Health Worker Advocates group is made up of more than 100 youth health workers dedicated to making sure that every Nigerian Woman and Child has universal access to Maternal, Newborn and Child health care (MNCH) through a motivated and supported skilled health worker. We aim at promoting the participation of young health workers in advocacy for maternal, newborn and child health, enlighten health workers on best practices in maternal, newborn and child health care and improve service delivery at the grassroots.
Our main activities include but not limited to; Building the capacity of health workers in MNCH advocacy through trainings and scientific forums, forming alliance with health worker organizations dedicated to improving MNCH in Nigeria, work with policy makers and donors to recommend evidence based practices in MNCH delivery through policy briefs, presentations and panel discussions and conduct research to generate the much needed evidence for sustainable national MNCH care development and implementation.
